The product logic

Built from the problems tour operators kept facing.

ExcursionPass began with one commercial job: give tour operators and DMCs their own booking engine so they could sell directly from any website.

The marketplace followed to put that inventory in front of travellers. During the COVID shutdown, another problem became impossible to ignore: many operators had bookable websites, but little SEO experience and too little organic demand. CTRify was built to close that gap. GPT.to then extended our AI into email and chat, using a Business Brain that learns how each company actually works before it answers. Tensor Archive now tackles an infrastructure problem created by modern AI itself: keeping growing families of models, adapters and checkpoints without storing the same weights again and again.

Every product can stand on its own. Used together, they cover the commercial path from visibility and trust to conversation, booking and repeatable growth.

AI foundation · Since 2019

Business AI before ChatGPT made it mainstream.

Research began in January 2019, development and training followed that July, and ExcursionPass customers were using a private beta by September. Today that work powers SEO execution, business-aware answers, faster paths to a booking and model-native AI storage.

  1. January 2019Research begins

Preliminary research and development established the technical foundation.

  2. July 2019AI development

Development and training moved from research into a working product programme.

  3. September 2019Private beta

The first private beta began with ExcursionPass customers.

01Find demand

CTRify analyses search, competitors and site data to identify the work most likely to move visibility.

02Build assets

AI websites, SEO Machine and publishing turn opportunities into owned pages, content and authority.

03Learn context

GPT.to's Business Brain ingests the services, rules, history and voice a frontier model does not know.

04Convert intent

AI responses, live availability, checkout and distribution move interest toward a useful next action.

How the ecosystem grew

One problem exposed the next. That became the roadmap.

The portfolio did not begin as a collection of unrelated ideas. It grew from the commercial bottlenecks we could see in real travel businesses—then expanded beyond travel where the same problems existed.

ExcursionPass Travel

Everything needed to turn a tour into a direct booking.

The Booking Engine gives suppliers the infrastructure to sell. The Marketplace adds distribution. The Magazine and Podcast help travellers understand what they are considering—and send that qualified interest back to a bookable experience.

01 / Booking & distributionLive

ExcursionPass Booking Engine

For tour operators, DMCs, activity providers, agents and resellers.

A modular sales platform that puts calendar, live availability, checkout and payment on any website—without forcing a business to replace the systems that already work.

  • Add booking to an existing site with one script or launch hosted conversion websites by brand, destination or product.
  • Import inventory or connect an existing reservation system, then distribute to the ExcursionPass Marketplace, OTAs and agents.
  • Add GPT.to for 24/7 questions and CTRify for the organic demand needed to fill the calendar.

Commercial result: more direct sales, more margin and more control over customer data and distribution.

ExcursionPass Marketplace

For travellers looking for trusted experiences—and suppliers looking for bookable distribution.

A destination marketplace where people can compare tours, day trips, tickets and local activities, check the experience and reserve online.

  • Turns connected supplier inventory into mobile-ready, bookable experiences across destinations.
  • Gives travellers destination browsing, tour details, secure booking, wishlists and mobile tickets in one place.
  • Receives qualified demand from the Travel Magazine and Podcast, then sends it to a specific tour and checkout.

Commercial result: another sales channel for operators and a shorter path from inspiration to reservation.

03 / AudioPublishing

The Travel Podcast by ExcursionPass

For travellers who want to hear what an experience feels like before choosing it.

The traveller, the place and a specific tour are the protagonists. Each episode turns an itinerary into an audio journey with context, practical expectations and a clear path to the experience.

  • Explains the route, atmosphere, pacing, logistics and who the tour best suits.
  • Connects every episode to the relevant ExcursionPass tour instead of leaving inspiration detached from action.
  • Gives destinations and operators an audio discovery surface that can keep working before and during trip planning.

Commercial result: warmer, better-informed travellers arriving at the booking page.

04 / EditorialPublishing

ExcursionPass Travel Magazine

For travellers who want to understand a destination—not just collect a list of attractions.

Long-form destination publishing that connects history, culture, nature, architecture and local context with the tours and excursions through which a place can be experienced.

  • Builds useful destination knowledge around the questions people ask before they book.
  • Makes tours easier to evaluate by explaining where they happen, why the place matters and what the day involves.
  • Creates durable editorial discovery that can lead readers into the Marketplace and a relevant experience.

Commercial result: organic discovery and trust connected to real, reservable inventory.

Growth, AI agents & infrastructure

More qualified demand. Faster response. Leaner AI infrastructure.

CTRify executes professional SEO and powers The All SEO Thing for Booking Engine customers who need those generated websites to compete. GPT.to is the assistance brain for CTRify and ExcursionPass, while Tensor Archive stores the growing model families behind that AI compactly and exactly.

01Professional SEO OS
CTRify
For SEO professionals, agencies and advanced in-house teams

The AI SEO operating system that does the work.

CTRify grew from the SEO gap we saw among Booking Engine customers during the pandemic. It now brings research, prioritisation, creation, protection, indexation, semantic links, UX signals and client reporting into one execution stack.

  • Analyse a domain, competitors and Search Console data to decide what should happen next.
  • Create and publish AI websites, long-form content and controlled contextual links as owned ranking assets.
  • Protect important URLs, accelerate indexation, reinforce CTR and user signals, and report the work by client or domain.

Why it sells: teams replace disconnected tools and repetitive production with one system that moves from insight to measurable execution.

The All
SEO Thing
Live · Powered by CTRify For Booking Engine customers and teams without specialist SEO knowledge

The SEO product for the websites ExcursionPass helps businesses create.

The All SEO Thing turns CTRify's professional execution into a simpler client product. Booking Engine customers can connect the websites generated for their tours or services, then let a coordinated specialist team audit, plan, improve, link and monitor them from one understandable workspace.

  • Start from the Booking Engine website, the business and its domain instead of learning a professional SEO toolchain.
  • Let specialised agents divide the work, coordinate the next actions and show what changed.
  • Keep approvals, evidence and monitoring in the client workspace while CTRify handles the advanced execution underneath.

Why it sells: customers can grow the websites created around their Booking Engine without becoming SEO professionals themselves.

03AI assistance brain
GPT.to
For CTRify, ExcursionPass and businesses where every qualified enquiry matters

The business brain that automates assistance across the ecosystem.

Frontier models are intelligent, but they do not know a company's services, territory, availability, pricing rules, proof, past answers or tone. GPT.to's Business Brain ingests that private context so CTRify and ExcursionPass assistance—and customer-facing email or chat—can answer usefully and move the next action forward.

  • Automate product and customer assistance across CTRify and ExcursionPass with one context-aware brain.
  • Learn from documents, emails, meetings, previous replies and operating rules instead of guessing from a generic prompt.
  • Answer, qualify and route the next step to a booking, quote, call, application, purchase or human handoff.

Why it sells: assistance responds with the context of the product and business while intent is still high—without sounding like a generic autoresponder.

04Model-native storage
Tensor
Archive
Public beta · macOS For AI builders, training teams and anyone keeping related model versions

Keep the models. Get your disk space back.

Tensor Archive is model-native storage and versioning for bases, adapters and sequential checkpoints. It understands when model versions share tensors, stores that common foundation once and restores any archived version exactly when it is needed.

  • Pack related models, LoRAs, checkpoints and optimizer state as one family instead of a folder of repeated full copies.
  • Restore every file byte-for-byte with SHA verification—no quantization, approximation or destructive compression.
  • Keep weights private and local while reclaiming up to 76% of storage in the published three-family benchmark suite.

Why it sells: teams keep more experiments and production versions on the SSD they already own, with exact recovery and far less duplicated data.

    Sell tours directly

Start with the Booking Engine for inventory, availability, checkout, payments and distribution under your own brand.

  2. 02

    Add a consumer channel

Connect bookable inventory to the Marketplace so travellers can discover and reserve it across destinations.

  3. 03

    Execute SEO at scale

Use CTRify when your team already understands the commercial value of SEO and needs a faster operating system to deliver it.

  4. 04

  5. 05

    Build destination demand

Use the Travel Magazine and Podcast to connect useful place-based content with specific, reservable experiences.

  6. 06

    Reclaim model storage

Use Tensor Archive when related models, adapters and checkpoints are consuming SSD space through repeated weights you need to keep.

The people behind the systems

A small team with a broad operating view.

Product direction, marketing, digital art and engineering stay close to one another—so the work remains coherent from the first decision to the system people actually use.
